Social Event and Awards
Outdoor Trade Social - is back for 2010! A platform for exhibitors and visitors to relax and network with colleagues, the Outdoor Trade Social is an informal event which will be held at the show straight after OTS shuts its doors on the first day of the show - Monday 27th September.
There will be a range of refreshments and nibbles available as well as the Awards presentation. We look forward to hosting you there!
OTS will be hosting once again the OTS Novel Awards, recognising product innovation and technology. Exhibitors can enter new products from their 2010 ranges in different categories to be in with a chance to win an OTS Novel Award.
A dedicated team of judges will assess the merits of each product through a specific set of criteria, looking at elements such as functionality, environmental friendliness, choice of materials and innovation.
The three finalists within each category will be on display at OTS with the winners being announced during the Outdoor Trade Social. Along with specific product award categories such as: clothing, climbing equipment, footwear and sleeping bags, there will also be the overall OTS Product of the Year Award.
A dedicated area in the link that connects the two halls at OTS will be created to display the three finalists of each category and the winners will be highlighted from the second day of the show.
Giving all visitors a chance to view the products throughout the three day event, the OTS Novels are a chance for exhibitors to not only win an award but also encourage visitors to their stands and ultimately increase sales.
OTS Exhibitors will be able to submit entries to the Novel awards until the 10th August 2010.
